Just had to share my excitement. First ever Christmas trip to Florida. Our girls are old enough (14 & 12) that they decided on their own to do a Xmas trip in exchange for gifts!!
We fly out on the 23rd of Dec from Flint to Tampa ($102 each way) We are staying at Orange Lake resort in Kissimmee.
Doing SeaWorld (my girls fav park we have AP's) and Discovery Cove Christmas Day. We have been before, but that is their Xmas gift.
Of course I have bought them a few things, but I am done with what they are getting. New bathing suits, sunglasses, all my stocking stuff, sunscreen, lip balm. Beach towels. And we will buy them the play passes for the activities at Orange Lake. They both get to hang out with their best friends from our little town, for 5 days at the start of our vacation. I helped them plan their trip. And because their Dad works for my hubby, we were able to overlap our vacations by 5 days. They are doing Discovery Cove with them.
All is booked and ready. 99 days and counting. Then we are going back for March Break, so a 62 day turnaround. YIKES!
