Double Check Your ADR's

I called to double check my ADR's. I used my first name, William. The CM could not find them right away because the previous CM decided not to put them under William, but as Bill. We were able to get it changed, but for a second it was Oh NO!

Don't ya love that! I had that happen last year, except my name was spelled wrong....they put in "Stacey" instead of "Stacy"...oh the drama!

We had a similiar problem...my husband's name is Rocky and they had Rotei ?!?!?!?!?! She changed it for us.

Ours wasn't a wrong name, but a wrong phone number.

Our ADRs were made at 2 different times, and half of them had the wrong number. Really freaked out our TA when she thought we'd lost half our ADRs.

I always make sure I use the same phone number, and only that number for all my ADR's. And I check a few times then once I get there at my WDW resort get them to print out my ADR's. I can't tell you how many times I have found errors.

And very weird thing on this same note. I called to check on all of ours the other day. Several that I had cancelled were still active so I took care of that. Then there was a reservation made under my husband's name with our phone number for Trails End she said. I never made that. No idea how that one came up. It was for a day before we even arrived. I cancelled it but then later on thought I should have left it. That is some guy's ADR and he is going to show up and find it cancelled.

When confirming Adr's do you just call the dining reservation# and tell them you would like to confirm?

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but can't they access your ADR's under the comfirmation number we were given at the time the ADR's are made??

Exactly! That's why I always have a copy of all ADRs and #s with me on our trips.

They put half of my ADRs under the wrong phone number (one digit off). That actually did cause some drama, I thought I had lost half of my ADRs!
