1) The magical envelope arrived today...
2) I now weigh less than 10stone! ( for the first time in 5 years)
The joy is flowing in the Zippy household tonight our Florida holiday is just weeks away -I have lost 5" from my waist & 5" from my hips and a stone in weight in just 3 months!!
I feel like a dance!!
(a dance should help burn off my celebratory glasses of wine)
