People who make these multiple ADR's more than likely use another name (a spouse, child, etc.) and use a different number (mobile, work, etc.) They'd be crazy to double book with the same number and name! I'm just saying, Disney can go through and cancel anything they want but it won't stop people from doing this.
The only way is to do a CC ressie for every meal! What a huge pain that would be!
It's easy to make a plan and stick to it. In some cases we have changed our minds about where to eat during a trip (for example, last year we wanted to eat at GFC again w/ Cinderella instead of Chef Mickey's and they let us right in with about a 10 minute wait.) I gave the manager my CM ressie # so he could call and cancel. They were all very nice and accomodating about it. Just because you change your mind once you're at WDW doesn't mean you can't get a TS meal. We have done this many times. There's so much information on the web, even pictures of the food, so I personally don't get why someone would need to make several reservations for one meal. If we miss one of our 22 planned TS meals we'll just go for counter service if all else fails! No biggie.
