Double avatar

how can I either get rid of the double Avatar or at least have two different pictures. It only shows one avatar when I am in a thread but two if I am in the main forum

Do you mean when you are on the page listing the various threads? The "double" avatar is one for the person who started the thread, and then yours (a little one) showing you posted on that thread.

Like this (ZebraDomeCrazy started the thread, and I posted on it):

I love that little avatar feature that lets me know I posted on the threads without going in to them.

The little avatar picture should always be yours. The bigger one is the avatar for the person who started the thread. Is that not what you are seeing?

Oh, wait. Are you seeing one avatar (for you) on the main page, and then a different avatar (for you) once you open the thread in the reply window?

If so, that's probably related to the current avatar/image issues the DISboards is currently having. Been going on for close to a week now.

Some people can see their old avatars, others see their new ones. Sometimes I can see my old avatar, while seeing other people's new ones, and vice versa.

Hopefully, the "powers that be" can get this straightened out soon.
