Dottie C. works in the Character Carnival section of the store at the Boardwalk. She spent over 40 minutes last Thursday 3/24 searching for a package we had delivered from the MK to the resort. It was a family picture taken on Splash Mountain. It was not logged in in the pick up area and Dottie spent much time on the phone talking to Splash Mountain photo, the central warehouse and ... She normally doesn't even work in package pick-up! She was very pleasant and called our room when the photo eventually turned up. I just wanted to say thank you to her for all she did in trying to find the package.
