Dorky Disney Cruisers, 11/22-26/06,Anyone else with us???

I know it's early, but we just recently booked the Wonder for Thanksgiving. Will be traveling with dh, ds (8) and dd (7)...anyone joining us for turkey???

Hi Shelley, we just booked that same cruise this morning. My family just came back from a 4 night Wonder cruise last week and decided another next Thanksgiving would be great. So far it's myself, daughter and grandson, who will be 7 then. Possibly my sister and brother-in-law, who live in Cocoa beach, will join us.

The 7 day, 2006, Thanksgiving cruise is sold out already.

There will probably be a lot more people on here going on the same cruise. Teachers give parents a really difficult time when you take them out of school for vacations. There aren't many weeks during the school year when the children are off. Our week is one of them.

This will be our first ever Disney Cruise and my ds,11 first ever cruise. We will be following the cruise with 6 nights at the Poly !! I can't wait!!

There will be 18 of us in toral. My DD will be 12. We are fly down on Sunday & going to the parks & seaworld before heading to the port.

Has anyone done a Thanksgiving cruise before?

This will be our 3rd disney cruise, in Nov, but our first for Thanksgiving.

I hear they serve Lobster for dinner on Thanksgiving. Yum Yum can't wait.

Had to switch from the 7-day to the 4-day Wonder. It will be me, DH, and DS 7 and DS 5. Right now they only had late seating available and we are on a waitlist for first. Our last cruise was 12/05. It rained the day we left. We had the Mickey pool to ourselves. Then we had picture perfect weather in Nassau and Castaway Cay.

When I made the reservation I was able to only get GTY cat 6. I was surprised today that they already assigned us to a cabin. I though we wouldn't find out until we got much closer to the departure.
Now if I could only get assigned to main seating....

Count us in too! Just made our reservation for myself, DH and 6 yr. DD. I recently took DD on the 2/26 Wonder and had so much fun that I told my DH that now he has to go too. We never do anything exciting at Thanksgiving so here we go.

Hope to get to know the rest of you guys over the next months.

Let the countdown begin...if only I knew how to attach it.

Hi all! We will be joining you. 4 Days in Universal then the 4 Night Cruise. Our family includes DH and myself, my MIL and FIL and our 4 kids...DS15, DD12, DS10 and DS7. This will be their third Disney Cruise. We took the 3 night last November 17-20...weather was a bit rainy as we Tropical Storm Beta was out there....still had a FABULOUS time! We did RCI Mariner this past March with the kids and are anxious to get back on Disney with them.

We bought our tickets a little while a go on Delta. Now let's just hope they are still is busniess! Staying at the Hyatt at MCO the night before. Got a good rate of $149.00 plus tax.

Did anybody get their first choice for dinning. I have late (all that was left) we are the wait list for first. Don't know what are chance are.
