Yes she is. She is generally found outside the Jimmy Neutron building. Once that ride is permanently closed she will move to Kidzone.

last year, i saw dora at the entrance when i was going thru the ticket area.

she is adorable.


i think it is not a common place to see her, at the turnstiles.
guess it was my lucky day!
