Sorry to hear about your hubby leaving, and for so long. If I happen to see someone with the black wonder tassel, I'll say hi. Maybe we can compare bags, tee hee. I'd say I'll start wearing my LGMH, but then people would think I'm more nuts than usual.

I will probably be at Krogers a lot while he is gone, so maybe we will run into each other? I probably will be switching to the Disneyland messenger when I get it. If I am not carrying a Disney Dooney than I am carrying a Disney Harvey's seatbelt bag-it will be something Disney

Yes, that was probably me--sorry! I can't believe there were no more LC with good M&M placement...bummer. But all the icons on the bags are so special, you really can't go wrong. My daughter really like one that had a full view of the multicolored old Disneyland sign, that's very cool because it's DL-specific.

Wow! It is a small world I have been to Fort Valley a few times. We go to Atlanta quite a bit to the Mall of Georgia-for shopping!!!

My mom lives in Byron which is a little closer to Fort Valley. Were originally from Michigan and have been here in Georgia for about 12 years. Hoping to move to Florida next year.

I am laughing now because I work at The Disney Store at Mall of GA on a part-time basis. I usually work on Sunday mornings when we change around the store. I still go to my dentist in Warner Robins. Oh, and I have two Disney Harveys Seltbelt bags

they said they would start taking phone orders monday i believe. they are NOT limited edition according to the blogs but i cant imagine DL keeping them past this year, seeing as how they are for the 55th anniversary. vault 28 is the ONLY store at DL as of right now that carries them.

I didn't see anything about limited edition on DL 55th style. I purchased mine at the Clothier's (by the lockers on Main Street) last Sunday. I didn't see them in the other stores inside DL at that time.

I admit, I am addicted to these bags. I have so far:

DL 55th Anniversary Messenger (currently using)
Sketch large tote 2nd edition
Sketch Tassle (originally purchased for DD from eBay but decided it was too big for her needs - I'm saving that one since it is 1st edition)
Wonder Tassle (had I seen the DL 55th style, I probably wouldn't have gotten this one. This was supposed to be my everyday bag but changed my mind when the DL 55th came out).
Brown Tonal letter carrier
Brown Tonal wallet (currently using)

DD has:
Sketch wristlet
Mickey blue pouchette

Hoping to add:
DCL - not sure of style yet.

Oh no, me too (re the messenger bag)! I promise I won't act as if we were caught wearing the same outfit if we happen to run into each other!

I like that seatbelt bag. I was starting to mentally prepare myself to resist and then realized it's listed as sold out. Whew!

I can say I've been up to the Mall of Georgia all of one time; dh detests shopping, and I dragged him there when we went up to see Star Trek at the IMAX (That's what it takes to get him into a mall!). We usually go up to Atlanta about once a month, to visit Ikea's Swedish meatballs and Trader Joes. I might have to check to see if there are going to be any awesome action/in-your-face movies coming out at the IMAX so I can drag him back up and visit the mall again ...

Vault 28 was the only place to get them during the special release last weekend. They completely sold out of their initial shipment of letter carriers, but still had all the other styles available when I was there on Sunday.

They've probably gotten more in by now though, and I'm sure the DL pattern will be available in other stores around the resort soon, if it's not already.

I'll be over that way tomorrow, so I'll take a peek and report back.

Yep, I haven't seen any mention of them being limited edition, except by some not too honest e-bay folks trying to hype their auctions.
But having them as a limited run for just this year makes a lot of sense to me too. I guess onl time will tell.

I got a Harveys Disney bag last year, and I LOVE it. I don't notice it being heavy, but after all I cram into it, the purse itself is the least of my worries! The bag is really sturdy, and it does hold a lot. And, it's really, really cute. I switch between that and my Disney Dooney!

The black bag is the wonder pattern. Yes, the wonder tassle tote is bigger than the sketch tassle tote. I didn't think the sketch tassle was big enough for everyday use (for me) but the wonder tote is. HTH!

Yes it does. Thank you. My mom got me the tassle tote sketch for my birthday but I agree that it is too small for everyday use. I bought a purse liner/organizer thingy to put inside of it and it has slots for credit cards and my cell phone becasue my wallet just barely fit in the sketch tassle tote.

Off to ebay to look for Wonder bags.
