Don't you just love it when.......

I just got done adjusting some ADRs and adding little Birthday notes to them. I had such a great CM. I just love when I call and get CMs that really understand the point of WDW and how great the magic is. You know....the ones that get excited with you, point out what great restaurants you are going to, how much fun it's going to be. It's about a 50/50 chance in getting just a "phone operator" versus a real "Disney Cast Member". You know what I mean? There is such a difference! Just had to share......

I know. I had a good one when I made our ADRs for our June trip. She asked where we were staying and I said Coronado Springs. And she said, Oh I love that place. That is a good choice. Then she commented about something on each of the restaurants I picked. She said, "Wow. You are a good planner." If she only knew. ...

I know just what you mean. When I initially made my ADR's I got someone that was a bit snotty, which I just ignored. While we were there we needed to change something at the last minute and I got someone who chatted away, asking where we were staying, etc.

I know what you mean . Ive called before and thought for a minute that I had called a goverment office instead of Disney!

I had a WONDERFUL CM when I finally made my final reservation. I had told her that this was just our second trip and it was going to be a surprise for our kids. She asked me when we were going to tell them, and told me to watch my mail. Well we leave in 3 weeks, and last week I received a package in the mail from her with 4 Disney ticket holders that go around your neck, a Mr. Potatohead sticker packet for the kids, and a packet of "pixey dust". Talk about going that extra mile!! I am soooo hooked!!!!
