things you enjoy come back to bite you in the sitter?
I went shopping today and got some yummy Fritos BBQ for my kids lunches next week.
Sooo, they were calling out to me and I had to answer. It would have been rude to ignore them sitting in that lonely bag all by themselves. So I had a few, then a few more and put them away. Now I have the tell tale beginnings of a migraine.

. Seriously, are we really expected to give up the things that give us joy FOREVER because they end badly? I'm just like you guys with chocolate and tea. I LOVE chocolate especially with PMS, which already gives me migraines so in theory i should avoid it... but it just tastes so very yummy. I absolutely can't eat Kit Kats without a nightmare migraine, and watermelon is the worst ever lasting at least 3 days.. still I do it sometimes because I LOVE THEM. Oh and caffeine, sometimes I just want vanilla chai tea I can't find in decaf, but like you it lasts hours and hours for me but still I do it.
