Don't visit California often - what not to miss

Soon we will be at Disneyland for the first time in many years. We get down to WDW much more often. What is there at Disneyland that is NOT also at WDW (besides Cars Land, which is rumored to be coming to WDW someday)? What is there at Disneyland and DCA that we should be sure to experience? We are already planning to see WoC via a Wine Country dining package.

Seek out Snow White's grotto
Eat at Plaza Inn
ride Screamin'
Indiana Jones ride
If you can ride the canoes (only available at DL now)
