Don't stay at Baymont Inn Celebration

We "won" this supposedly 3 star hotel on Hotwire, and boy was it terrible. The grounds of the hotel are in complete disarray with exposed wiring, no lighting by elevators, elevators "out of service", standing water in stairway, no lighting in stairway, weeds everywhere, machinery everywhere, pool was gross, and the room was even worse. There were black hairs EVERYWHERE (sink, towels, sheets, bathtub, tile floor), dead beetles galore, live ticks in the room, and mold in the bathtub. Definitely a misrepresentation of 3 stars in my opinion.

Needless to say, we checked out and into POP, which we should have booked in the first place.

That's weird. I was just there in May and had zero issues. It's the only place I will stay in Orlando.

I'll post pictures later this evening. I have a pretty high tolerance for cheap hotels/motels, but this was the absolute worst experience. Glad you both had a better experience, but I still highly advise against this hotel.
