We booked our May trip about 45 days out (maybe even less) so we missed the 60 + trip length 6 am frenzy. We are going during an almost sold out week - the week of most of the GotG previews. As of a week out, I have ADRs for:

'Ohana
CG
H&V
50's PT
San Angel
GFC
Le Cellier
During my rearranging and hunting, I've seen Oga's (many times!), B&C, Jiko, Flying Fish, SH71, Storybook, Chef Mickey's, Tusker, Y&Y, Teppan Edo, Homecomin - only Topolino's, Sci Fi and Space 220 have not just come up naturally nor have I searched for them.
Sharing just to say, do not give up hope if you are less than 60 or you haven't gotten what you wanted. Granted, I'm a SAHM and don't sleep much so I can be searching any time and all the time and only needed seating for 3, but it is definitely possible to get what you want. I've only gotten maybe a couple hits from dining finders. The rest has been luck and surfing throughout the day (and night lol). Good luck!!
