Tiff, I just tried looking at my personal journal (that I kept on my pc here at home) but apparently something isn't working, so I will try to give you the gist of what I've been eating
Usually for breakfast I had eggs of every variety, lol. Scrambled (made with water after one WISH'ers suggestion and it was YUMMY and FLUFFY!!), sunny side up, hard boiled, deviled...omelet with a few mushrooms. I pretty much ate eggs for breakfast every morning until I thought I would start clucking..then I took a day or so off and just had the meat. I would have bacon, sausage or sometimes left over kielbasa and put that into an omelet. I always drank one of my Fruit 2 O's at breakfast because it made me feel like I was drinking juice
For lunch I had hamburger patties w/ one slice of american cheese and mayo, turkey burgers (From Schwan's...they were wrapped in bacon..YUM!), kielbasa, etc. Basically a meat item and a small salad. I found that if I sliced 1/2 a cucumber and snacked on it while I ate my burger, I felt like I was eating chips! Pretty neat, for me anyway! Again, I drank a bottle of Fruit 2 O.
For Dinner I would have what my family had, except for the days I made them pasta, lol. Steak, burgers on the grill, fish on the grill, etc. I would usually steam 1/2 cup of broccoli or cauliflower and still have 1 cup of lettuce for a side salad.

By the end of the day, I usually end up drinking 5 16oz bottles of my Fruit 2 O...I love those things!
