Done my good deed for the day

A little sparrow just crash landed in my back garden, at first I thought it had passed on but it was twitching so I grabbed some gloves and went out to it. I picked it up and it looked completely shocked so I just held it and stroked it for a few minutes to tidy up it's feathers until it came around and flew off - not before leaving a small present though, glad I had gloves on!! It was so tiny to hold it and I could see all the detail on it's face and it's little beady eyes skipping about looking all around. Wish I could have taken a photo but nevermind, I'm just glad none of the local moggys (or either of my two for that matter) were in the garden when it fell! Hope it's doing ok now!

Good for you! Were you a Brownie? I remember having to do a 'good turn' everyday - it was SO hard

aw yeah, thats such a lovely thing, and so beautiful....

i was a brownie too...most of my good deeds were quite twisted hahaha like giving my friends sweeties...but only after i'd had the best ones!
