Is the Tusker House breakfast inside Animal Kingdom? Do you have to go to the park in order to eat there?

Yes it is--Tusker House is inside Animal Kingdom...not far from the entrance to Kilamanjaro Safaris. You do need to be inside the park to eat there.

And the fastpass machine to the Safari won't work before park opening . I tried.
