Donalds Safari Breakfast

We are thinking about doing the Donald's Safari Breakfast at Animal Kingdom. Does anyone know what the earliest time is that they offer? The day we are wanting to do this is an EMH at AK and AK opens at 8:00am. To me the benefit of early character breakfast is getting in before the park opens.

The earliest adr for TH is 8:00 am so unfortunately if you take it on the emh day then you will have no advantage of getting in the park before it opens and getting your breakfast done in time for rope drop.

For this reason, we go to the Safari breakfast at 8am when the park opens at 9am. If you do, I suggest you arrive to the park at 7:30am.... I don't know when they start letting people in the park for breakfast but we got to the restaurant right at 8am and many people were already seated and eating... and I know the restaurant didn't officially open until 8am. Still, we were done by 9am and right by Kilmanjaro Safari, our first stop.

You could go to AK on a morning magic hours day and have breakfast later... but you're still missing out on the opportunity to get on rides/attractions during the morning when crowds are lower and animals are more active.

For a 2 day trip to AK, I'd go once to get the Safari breakfast before the park opens at 9am, then on another day for morning extra magic hour (will just eat breakfast in room before leaving).
