I called today to find out the earliest seating I can get at Donald's Breakfastosaurus (on a non-morning EMH day). The CM on the phone told me the earliest I could get is at park opening (i.e. 9:00). I'm positive we had 8:30 reservations once. In fact, I remember having to give our names at the gate in order to obtain entrance into the park.

Am I remembering wrong, is this a new policy, or was the CM incorrect?

They used to allow you in before park opening for this, but they now start when the park opens. The only time I know you can get in before is on EMH day.

The only thing I can say to that is, we ate there in October were the first people to get to the restaurant and the Park just opened. The first time we went there they allowed us in before the park opened, so maybe it has something to do with the time of year.

I made an 8:30 ADR yesterday for Sep when the park opens at 9.

We have ADR's for 8/17, a non EMH day for 8 am. Listed park opening hour is 9 am.

I have an 0800 ADR for 8/30 for Donald's Breakfastauros. This is not an early magic hour day. The CM explained the procedure for entering the park early. Maybe they only open early on certain days, but I would call again and talk to someone else.

We did breakfast in December at 8:00 when park opened at 9:00. Had to check in with CM in front of park, who had a list of those with ADR's. Took the bus for POP, no problems with transportation or entry.

So do we. So I guess you can make reservations for earlier than the park opening.

We have a 8:10 ADR on Oct 1st.
That is a non EMH day so the park opens at 9:00am

This will be our 4th time eating there and each breakfast we had was between 8:00-8:10. We always just checked in with the CMs and were let into the park early.

I made reservations yesterday for 8AM on 9/22. CM explained the procedure of getting into the park before it opens at 9AM. I think I'd call back and talk to another person.

Now that we decided on a date (11/1), I just called and got a 8:10 am reservation.

I was going to call back again yesterday and check, but they were so busy and I didn't want to wait on hold.
