Donalds breakfast at 8:00 am where to go next?

We have donalds on a non emh early day at 8:00. We should be finished before 9:00. I know they hord you into Dinoland. We want to hit either EE or the safari first thing. I'm thinking heading to EE and then to the safari would make the best use of our time without heading all the way to the safari and having to backtrack to EE. Does this sound correct!

Friday, May 19, 2006: this was our experience:

DAK non-EMH (9am open)
Donald's Breakfastosaurus: 8am Ressie.
Enter for breakfast at 7:55am
Breakfast finished at 8:40am
CM "held" everyone at Bone-yard area (nobody allowed to go back into DAK)
At 8:55am, we were "released" to walk on past the Tarzan Rocks/Nemo Theater (still just I-beams, under construction) to the bridge where two CM's were holding a rope.

They watched across the water until they saw the hordes of folks (being led by CM's) heading towards Asia.

They speed-walked us back to EE, but the "hordes" from the front gate beat us to the standby entrance (Asia is the shorter route to EE than Dinoland).

But, one of our CM's walked OUR group directly thru the FASTPASS entrance (she told the FP CM that we were "coming through"!)

We were on the FIRST ride, in the second car of EE that day!

COOL!

Now, I don't know if this is STANDARD PROCEDURE (so don't COUNT on it to happen) but it was a PERFECT way to start our DAK day, that morning.

Our ADR is for 8:20 at Donalds I hope we finish upa nd see Donald in plenty of time to get out to EE. Maybe if we arrive early we can be seated early...

Yes, that's usually the case.

I'd get to the front gate a bit before 8am (say 7:50am).

They are VERY organized with seating "rooms" of people as a group and getting the characters to visit your table efficiently.

If you find that you are still eating your breakfast when the park opens, send someone from your party to EE for the FP. After breakfast kill the remaining time on your FP in Dinoland (it shouldn't be that long). When FP time is up, ride EE and then head over to the safari.
