Donald Ducks Birthday

Does anyone know if Disneyland does anything special for Donald Ducks birthday? We may be in LA during June (if our vacation doesn't get cancelled again) and my 16 year old sons favorite is Donald Duck so we could be there June 9th. Last time we were at a Disney resort on his birthday they didn't even have Donald out (we were at Aulani) and my son was NOT happy. SO just wondering if they do anything special for him? Thanks!
