Donald Duck in sailor suit?

Is there any place to meet Donald in his classic sailor suit at Disney World? I know he used to meet at Epcot Character Spot but he no longer meets there. TIA.

Only at an Epcot training meet or Character Palooza at Hollywood Studios

These are not scheduled meets nor are they published. The short answer is you have to get pretty lucky to find him.

Oh, well that sucks. Why would they take Classic Donald out of Epcot Character Spot then? Makes no sense. I really want a pic with classic Donald.
