Don Williams DVC Litho?

Did I recall a post a bit back about there being a coupon in a member publication that enabled you to pick up a Don Williams Lithograph in WDW? I have been trying without success to search the threads.

It was a Passholders Litho with Dumbo over the Osbourne lights.

Mickey Monitor Winter 06 was the Publication.
