Dolphins in depth???

Has anyone done it lately? Did you like it? I am thinking of scheduling it for my 20 year old nanny, as a birthday surprise. She loves animals, but is especially found of dolphins. I know you do not get to "swim", but is there good interaction? The only review on allears is over four years old!

My husband and I did this Sept of 2004. It was a great experiance. It is part educational and part in the water with the dolphins. You do not "swim" with the dolphins as it is not considered "natural behavior" for them to swim with a human hanging onto it's fin. You get to "interact" with the Dolphins and that was a great experiance. Being able to feel the heart beat was amazing. Money well spent as far as we were concerned and would do it again in a few years.

I would go for it. Call 1-407-WDW-TOUR. Sometimes there are discounts avaiable if you are an AP holder, a Disney Visa card holder or a AAA member, so be sure to ask.

I have a Disney Visa, so I get a 20% discount. I got her into the only spot the week of the 24th! She will be so excited! I will not tell her until that morning!!

Good for you! I did this tour last year and had a total blast! It's fun, it's educational, and I'll never forget being in the water and being able to touch the dolphin!

I'm sure she'lll love it!
