Dolphins in Costa Maya

We are still hoping to get to Cozumel by July, but it's not looking good. We only have a few days before our 90 day cc kicks in. Do we make ressies for the excursions we hope will happen or is Cozumel locked up?

We (and the other people in our group) were hoping to get to the Cozumel Dolphin encounter. Is there a similar one in CM?
