What is best method to the parks from Dolphin's Cove - ART or tram/ shuttle from the Toy Story lot? Thank you!

From Dolphin's Cove you would take the ART. But to be honest, we had found that with the new system and times that ART has changed to, we got tired of waiting for ART and we ended up walking all the time. Depends on your party and their walking capabilities.
