We are staying at the Dolphin for the first time. If you have ever stayed there, could you give me some info on the hotel? We requested Epcot/Fireworks view. If that is not available are there any other views for a room w/balcony that you would recommend? Anything you can tell me about the hotel would be greatly appreciated. It looks beautiful and we are very excited. Usually stay at the Yacht/Beach Club. That is our favorite.

I'm looking for similar infoe. We're planning our first Disney vacation ever. My husband went TDY to Tampa in Sept and then deployed to Doha, Qatar. We are planning our family reunion in December at the Dolphin. We booked the standard room at the gov't rate. I'm looking for any advice on room requests. We'll be travelling with our 2 yr old and 5 yr old. I had read in one book that some rooms have a lot of noise due to boat traffic. Anyone experience that? Any good tips about what to request?
