Dolphin Swim

Hi;
My family and I are going on the Wonder for Thanksgiving and need to know about the Dolphin Swim in Nassau. I am about to book it myself on the internet, rather than go through the ship. It actually seems like a better excursion than the ship offers. Any suggestions from past travelers is greatly appreciated.

I did this excursion also on my own several years ago! It was great. They give you a lot of time with the dolphins and you get to really enjoy them. The one the cruise offers is just an encounter and you dont get a lot of time one on one or actually get to swim at all with them. I found this great on my own, so I say go for it. One word of warning, there is a high pressure sales tatic at the end for a video and the professional photos.

We did the swim and loved it. We didn't have any high pressure sales for the pictures, they had several to chose from and we only bought a few. Although I must add the pics they took were great.
Our only dissapointment was that we wanted to buy the video of our swim and they said something happen when the tape was loaded that ruined it. so we had no video to watch over and over once we got home.
