Not sure if this helps anyone but there is a discount called Santa special for December, specifically around xmas. I was able to get a rate of $149 for the std room at the dolphin around that time.

I think the dates they said were Dec 2nd through Dec 23rd(check out 24th).

I don't suppose this is a check-in by date and get it for the entire time....our dates are 12/22-12/30. I would love any kind of discount at this point!!
