Dolphin Renovations

I just spoke to reservations at Dolphin, said renovations were up to the 4th floor. We are going in August and hopefully we will be able to get a room. If someone has stayed in one of the renovated rooms at dolphin please let me know what they are like. I hope we get one of the rooms, last year we stayed at YC and the room was justed completed, so beautiful and clean. Hope I get some info on the new rooms. thanks
