Dolphin Parking Fee

Does the Dolphin tack on this fee even if you don't bring a car? I can live with the $10.00 resort fee, because I will use some of the things it pays for. But I don't want to pay for a parking spot I'm not going to use.

I wouldn't think so. You should be OK, if not I'd certainly question it.
