Dolphin or Split POR & CSR?

We got a surprise Disney (business) trip next week! I am able to get the Dolphin for the duration of our stay, or I can split it between POR and CSR. We have stayed at all of these resorts. My concern is the room condition at the Dolphin since it is due a refurb.

Has anyone stayed at the Dolphin lately? If so, how are the room conditions?
