Dolphin Encounter On Blue Lagoon Island

Thinking about booking this excursion in Nassau. Can anyone give me some Feedback? How far do you have to go to get to the island? How far is the meeting location from the ship? Should i skip this encounter and just go to Atlantis dolphin encounter? Appreciate the help.

We did the Dolphin swim in July. The pick up spot for the ferry is on the same pier that the ship ties up to. It was about a 45 minute boat ride. The island is roughly behind Atlantis. The kids had a blast with the interaction and would definitely go back if we did another 4 night.
