Dolphin Club Level?

Does anyone know if the Club level Lounge still has bottled water.
I want to know if I should buy some or if I will be able to get some there.

Stayed at Dolphin end of Feb. some days had small bottles of water out, on days they didnt I did hear people asking, this seemed fine. Hope this helps!
