Dolphin: Club Level rooms

How are these rooms in comparison to the newly renovated ones? We got upgraded to the Club Level (using SPG points) but are wondering about the condition of the rooms. We checked and they told us we could not be Club Level and have a renovated room (since they are not up to the Club Level yet.)

Would you stick with the Club Level room or push for a renovated room?
