Dolphin club level questions

We will be staying for the first time at the Dolphin Club level in late Feb.

Can anyone offer any info about these rooms and services? For example, do they contact you prior to your departure for priority seating, room choice, etc.?

We received a great rate from Dreams Unlimited and can't wait to go!!

Dreams Unlimited can get your PS's for you before you leave. There's something on the website that allows you to make the selections. If there are any PS's you want to change or add during your stay, the Concierage at the Dolphin can do that.

I thought I read on the boards that someone would contact me prior to our departure. Is that just at the other concierge level resorts or will the Dolphin contact me also?

Any recommendations on room requests?

As Swilphil said, use DU as your primary PS maker.
Compared to Disney concierge, think of the S/D as concierge light, also without the hefty price tag! I would make all of your PSs through Dreams and then know that it is easy to change them by either dropping by the concierge desk on the first floor, or just picking up your hotel phone. I have only stayed Swan club level, Dolphin isn't until April! I do know I requested and was granted a room on another floor since I really wanted resort view with a balcony. I have heard different responses since then about being able to have this request on a non-club floor. As far as room requests, I would request whatever view you want to have. East side will be Epcot, west will be MGM and/or the grotto pool (I think!)

You are going to love the Dolphin and Swan hotels! So many restaurant choices, location, the heavenly beds, the second best pool on Disney property, and great staff!
