dolphin accessible rooms

Does anyone know where the accessible rooms at the Dolphin are located? My mom and DBs just booked one with an adjoining room, but we are trying to figure out if it is worth requesting an upgraded room view or if all accessible rooms have parking lot views?

I don't know (hopefully someone does).
I wanted to point out though that if you want rooms that have a door inside that can be opened to connect them together without going out in the hallway, you want to ask for Connecting rooms.
Adjoining rooms sound like the same thing (it makes sense that if they are adjoining, they could joined together). But in hotel language, adjoining just means they are next to each other.
