Dollar Vs. Hertz

If you had to choose a car rental company based on CUSTOMER SERVICE alone, would you choose Dollar or Hertz?

I might prefer Dollar a little. I just find that at the rental counter you are pushed to upgrade, buy insurance ect... In my experience that isn't as bad at Dollar.

Hertz, hands down. Dollar/Thrifty is about the lowest in terms of customer service and "push".

Now does that mean all Hertz locations are great, no, some have issues, but in general Hertz is much better in just pure service (plus vehicle quality) then Dollar/Thrifty.
