Dollar Rentals at MCO???

Has anyone used Dollar lately at MCO? We've used National EA or ER pretty much all the time... checked their prices today for our May trip and they're WAY high......we may not even rent this trip but just use ME, however, I just checked Dollar for the heck of it and I can get an intermediate for $118 total for 4 days.......not too bad. Just wondering what kind of lines they've got at their counter at MCO?

We always go with whatever company has the lowest rates at MCO and it's often been Dollar. Absolutely no problem/long lines.

Do you mean you go to the FOTL or to garage directly?

I did book Dollar for 8 days in june, $220 for a compact ; looking @ Alamo too for $10 more for intermediate QS.

It's at the same counter but it has it's own customer rep and queue line.

It's not a direct to garage .

The ones waiting in line gave some real dirty looks but oh well.

What we have been doing lately is taking ME ( so they can do our bags ) and just renting from one of the DTD hotel locations.

We will rent from MCO for our Aug trip to Vero.

We save money by using ME from MCO to WDW. Then on the second, full day, we rent onsite with return to MCO. This way we get the best of all. We get our bags handled for us upon landing. And we get to use the extra hour on departure day by returning the car to the airport.

We just rented from Dollar 2/14 to 2/20 and loved it!! They upgraded us free of charge to a larger car and additional driver free. There was no line for us at 3:30pm and we will definately use them again.
