seems the dollar is creeping back up again slowly

have wached the dolar for 15 years,it always seams to go up in the winter months.Alas it then starts to go down in the summer months.onlt time we had advantage of agood dolar rate was xmas a couple of years ago $1.98.Best summer rate was $2.01 abut 11 years ago. we still do our budgets on $1.60 and if better the more to spend

if thats the case Paul then we might pay our car hire in January even if we arn't going until July.
