Do I need to have booked our hire car via the dollar.com website rather than the dollar.co.uk one to signup and use the Dollar Express service? Thanks,

you can use the dollar express. It doesn't matter who you have booked with, as long as your hiring a dollar car!!

If you have signed up with Dollar Express, they should send you a membership card.. it took quite a few emails to get mine through.. so don't give up.. keep pushing for it!

Even if you haven't got your card through, you can just use your membership no. at the desk. So don't worry.

I will be using it in 8 days time, so i will know more information then about it!
