Dollar express

from last year and advise anyone using Dollar to register.
I registered last year went to LA Oct and Florida Xmas but never needed to use it.
Just arrive in Orlando again on Saturday one of last off plane so line at Dollar was crazy, nobody at express line so thought I would try use my card even though we had booked thru airline network. Outstanding service, took about 2 mins and on our way, got to car and she had upgraded us from full size to a Chrysler 300 I checked on Dollars car list and is listed in luxury catagory. Friends we were with had to use regular line, took them 45 mins, people were getting really mad.
Even if there is no regular line I guess its worth showing your express card as details are stored on system and always chance of upgrade for frequent use.

Totally agree

We used this service at Xmas and it was great - only took 2 mins with no-one in line in front of us. Unfortunately our customer service assistant didn't have much personality so no upgrade

I've never heard of this service - but I have noticed the Express Q.

I've signed up straight away as it looks as I can add it to my existing booking for the summer

I have a booking made through Airline Network for December but I already have been sent my voucher so I'm not sure if I can add it to that - good to hear that you can just turn up and use it?

Having a great time, here to relax this time, so just taking things easy.
Weather not good really, had to buy some fleeces and wear longs, rain again today. Hopefully from tomorrow its to warm up back to mid 80's.

You cant add it to your Airline Networks reservation, just go to the express line in the airport hand over your express card, airnet voucher and licence. Thats all they need.
