dollar Express questions

When I made my reservation I was not a member of Dollar Express. Is there a way to add my Express number to my reservation? Can I just use the Express lane without having an "Express" reservation? Also, because they have my CC number in the Express information, will I be charged if I don't pick up my car? My Dollar reservation is a back up plan.

Yes you can add your number. I just did it. When you log into your dollar express account there is a phone number to contact them and they will add it. You can also send an e-mail and they will do it.
I am not sure if they will charge or not.
