Dollar express no more???

Last year had to stand in line over two hours to rent a car with dollar because I didn’t make a reservation through dollar express. So this time signed in, booked and saw no difference on my reservation. I called to verify and they are telling me the express service was removed and you must use the counter service ?? Did I just get wrong info or is this true??

They had stopped offering Dollar Express at MCO, my understanding from what I've read here was that it was operating again.

we are supposed to check in on saturday, really hoping express is running
