Dollar Express help?

Hi All
I know this has been discussed before, but still not sure of the answer?

We've joined Dollar Express(thanks all) but booked our car through Virgin, should or could we add the details to our car booking?
Can we join the Express line?

I don't think it matters. We added our DE number to our booking a few times, but no-one ever checked. Now we just join the Express line and they just ask to confirm we are members, and are happy with a quick glance at the card.

We had a VH package to Orlando in April and car hire was with Alamo. Have they changed back to Dollar?

I have used our Express card about 6 times now, only once I added our express number to our reservation, all other times just turned up with our voucher and express card no problems.
Saying that its hit and miss if you can use it with a Virgin/TCD booking, depends who you get, some will allow it others won't and tell you you have to stand in line with eveyone else.

We booked through Dollar this year and on arrival at MCO (Orlando) were told that Express customers could go straight to the garage and pick up their car.

We were bearly 5 minutes before driving out of the garage
