Dollar Express...additional driver?

I signed up for Dollar Express b/c I read somewhere that it included a free additional driver (DH). Is this true? DH will be returning the car so I need to know b/c I still have time to sign him up instead and rent in his name.

I emailed Dollar about this before our trip in October....no the Express does not entitle you to an additional driver, spouse or anyone else. I actually found a better rate closer to my travel dates with National and using Emerald Club Dh could drive also for no additional fee.
