Dollar early pick up

Hi guys, I have a prepaid dollar reservation at a great rate, my flight is now arriving 3 hours earlier than my car pick up time.
Will I be ok to pick up my rental earlier than my stated time, I cant change change the time on my reservation online as it makes me make a new reservation and new price.
Anyone with any thoughts on this ?

Picking up is usually not a problem, what you need to watch out for is if your new pick up time brings your drop off time over the time threshold. For instance if you had the rental booked from say noon to noon. If you're going to arrive at 9am now, the extra three hours on the back end you would be charged for, at whatever rates are in your contract.
