I was paying $243.52 for a minivan for 5/8-5/15 with National (and that was WITH a free day coupon!). Now, we're paying $217.76 with Dollar using this code. Thanks!

A question for you or anyone who's used Dollar: we signed up for Dollar Express, so we could get in the express rental line (even though you still have to go to the counter, unlike National's EC where you just go to the car). Does anyone have experience with Dollar's Express Members Only line to say if it's usually short or long at MCO? We'll be picking the car up on a Monday at 1:30 p.m. Thanks!

We have used the Dollar Express Lane a couple of times we have always been the first one in line. They take you as the next person in line, in front of everyone else. Even if there is 30 people in the regular line you get to go in front of them. It definately save alot of time.

Yes it is fast........it was WONDERFUL to be served right away and walk away with your paper work while there was people waiting 20-30 deep! Can't beat that. And for free with a little pre-paper work. So worth my time and effort at home in front of the computer!! :surfweb:

I have used Dollar a few times with absolutely no problems! :thumbsup2

FYI...if you use the code on the Dollar site a credit card is not required to reserve the car.

Can you use the code even if your'e not flying SW? I did sign up to become a FF member and called Dollar-The agent told me if I joined SW FF program I was covered-Nowhere on Dollars policies and restrictions section for this code does it say you have to fly SW. I already have a pretty decent price but this would save me about $25 extra.I don't want to get down there only to find my ressie isn't valid :confused3
Thanks,
Trish

just bumping so it remains visible to those that may not have seen the promo

Just want to point out that at some airports, Dollar Express does allow you to skip the line and just pick out your car. Pesonally, the thing I like best about DE is that all your paperwork is prefilled. You don't have to listen to the clerk try and convince you to take the insurance or up-sell you to a larger size.
