Dollar car rental

has anyone used this company. we are renting and they have a good promo that is way below all the other in airport companies. any problems, complaints.

I use them at Orlando quite often. Last time was 2 weeks ago and I have one booked for the last week of September. Join Fastlane to avoid the longer line.

Have used them at MCO and also in Denver...very efficient using Fastlane! No problems at all.

Used them at MCO and now have a ressie across from DTD so we will see how that goes.


We've never had any problems with them with a few upgrades thrown in .

I've used most of the MCO rentals at one time or another they all have their horror stories but for the most part just go with the cheapest and type of car you need.

I used them in 2000 and 2004 both at Orlando. In 2000 they didn't have a location in the airport and we had to take a shuttle to the Jetport location. The line there was LONNNGGG! The car was great and it was an easy return.

In 2004 it was just me and my DS traveling (DH joined us later). I rented a full-size from them. There was NO ONE in line when I walked up, but they were still very slow. They do try to push you into buying the supp insurance, but not too bad. The guy helped me with everything going to my car also since I had two suitcases, a stroller and a rental car seat...he carried the carseat and pulled one of the cases for me. The car was very nice...a Ford Tauras with low mileage and leather seats.

I would use them again in a heartbeat, but so far their rates aren't lower than Alamo or National for me. I do agree, join the Fastlane...I didn't and would if we were using them again! They are pretty slow...
