We have been planning on driving from CT but we are starting to change our mind. The price for flights are so damn cheap I feel! We can get a flight on Jet Blue for a little over $600 round trip for the 3 of us which to me sounds pretty cheap.
When we decided to drive, we booked two days at the beginning of our trip for the Renaissance hotel at Seaworld so we will be doing a Sunday and Monday night at Ren. and Tuesday morning driving over to Wilderness Lodge.
Here's the Question: If we picked up dollar rental car at MCO and drove it to Renaissance on Sunday, is there somewhere inside Disney that we can return it to Tuesday morning? I see there is a dollar center near Saratoga Springs (looking at the map it says about .8 miles from SSR). If we dropped it off there, will they take us to SSR to then pick up a bus to get to a park that will then bring us to WL or will they have someone bring us right to WL or are we on our own and might have to walk the .8 miles with luggage in tow just to get a disney bus?
I'm thinking it may just be easier to drive back to MCO, drop it off and take ME to WL. I just don't want to take that extra time if we don't have to.
Any answers will be helpful and if there are other cheap rental cars that we can drop off inside disney, that would be helpful too. I just see Dollar has such cheap cars!
